A Spain-inspired a la carte menu, including authentic tapas and paella, and a six-course tasting menu featured in 19 Of The Best Tasting Menus Across the U.S. This option is for the adventurous foodies who like to try rare ingredients while exploring the cuisine of different cultures.

Alex Bujoreanu began his career in hospitality over 20 years ago while studying at the School of Hospitality and Tourism in Lleida, Spain. Alex later worked and ran several fine restaurants in Spain, Sweden, Italy, and finally, New York, where he received high praise for his tapas menu; the N.Y. Times declaring it a “hands-down winner.”
