Bayberry Islip and Wölffer Estate Vineyard are partnering for a wine-paired five-course dinner titled "Wine Down & Dine Up" on Wednesday, May 15th. The evening features a tasting menu with dishes from Bayberry's culinary team paired with wines from the Hamptons-based Wölffer Estate. Seating is limited with the $125 per person dinner priced separately from tax and gratuity.

Wölffer Estate Vineyard produces premium vinifera wines in the Hamptons, overseen by winemaker Roman Roth. The Hamptons winery's selections will accompany each course prepared with regionally-sourced ingredients by Bayberry Islip.

The collaboration aims to promote regional culinary talent and wines from across Long Island's East End through an upscale, curated dining experience. Reservations for the limited seating event can be made by calling 516-310-6783.
