Tutto x Wölffer Wine Dinner

Tutto il Giorno, an Italian restaurant in Sag Harbor, New York, and Wölffer Estate Vineyard are collaborating on a wine dinner event taking place on Thursday, May 9th, 2024. The event will feature a three-course prix fixe menu with wine pairings selected by Roman Roth, the winemaker and partner at Wölffer Estate.

The wines being poured are the 2019 Noblesse Oblige Rosé, 2021 Tocai Friulano, 2021 Trebbiano, 2019 Landius Pinot Noir, and 2022 Diosa Late Harvest dessert wine from Wölffer Estate Vineyard. These showcase some of the winery's most acclaimed bottlings from their vineyards in the Hamptons region of Long Island.

The wine dinner represents a collaboration between the Hamptons-based winery and Italian restaurant to highlight regionally-produced wines paired with locally-inspired fare.
