An Evening with Wölffer and Paumanok

The American Hotel, a historic inn, and restaurant in Sag Harbor, New York, is hosting an intimate winemaker dinner on June 20th, 2024 from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. The event will spotlight two renowned Long Island wineries - Wölffer Estate Vineyard and Paumanok Vineyards.

Wölffer's winemaker Roman Roth and Paumanok's winemaker Kareem Massoud will be in attendance to discuss their respective vineyards and guide guests through a multi-course dinner paired with wines from their portfolios.

Roth has overseen winemaking at Wölffer Estate, located in the Hamptons, since 2002 and became a partner in 2013. Massoud has been the head winemaker at Paumanok since 2015, upholding their reputation as one of Long Island's most acclaimed producers.

The winemaker dinner allows guests to explore the terroirs and techniques that define the local Long Island wine scene through the perspectives of these two experienced professionals. Each course will be accompanied by insight into the featured wine selections.

Tickets for the two-hour dining experience are priced at $140 per person. The American Hotel dates back to the 19th century and its restaurant highlights New American farmhouse cuisine.
